By reserving a room, registering an account, or navigating our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please refrain from reserving rooms or using our web application.
Bookings & Reservations
All booking requests must be made by individuals of legal age (at least 18 years old). You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and room selection is accurate and complete.
To comply with regional tourist registration acts, guests are required to submit valid government-issued photographic identification (Passport, Driving License, or Aadhar Card) at the front desk during check-in. The resort reserves the right to refuse check-in to guests who fail to provide valid credentials.
Rates & Payments
Room tariffs, packages, and supplementary service costs displayed on our site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to mandatory government-legislated Goods and Services Tax (GST). Tariffs vary based on seasonal demands, check-in dates, and villa categories.
Full payment or credit card pre-authorization is required to guarantee your reservation. Standard check-out settlement must be completed at the front desk prior to departure. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and online bank transfers.
Guest Conduct & Rules
To maintain a tranquil, secure, and luxury experience for all visitors, guests are requested to adhere to our peaceful conduct standards:
- Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, especially in the outdoor lawns and balconies.
- Property Damage: Guests are liable for any physical destruction, burns, or breakage caused to the villa, furnishings, or electronic assets during their stay, which will be charged directly to their credit card or bill.
- Visitor Policy: Unregistered visitors are not allowed to stay in guest villas overnight. Visitors must register at the main reception before entry.
Intellectual Property
All website design files, custom graphics, written policies, photography, layout styling, and proprietary resort logos are the exclusive intellectual property of Aarambh Resorts. You are strictly prohibited from copying, adapting, republishing, or distributing any materials from this website without explicit written consent from our corporate office.
Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to maintain standard luxury safeguards, Aarambh Resorts shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal valuables, jewelry, or cash kept inside the guest rooms or vehicles. Electronic lockers are provided in all villas for your convenience.
We are not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or illnesses contracted by guests during outdoor treks, activities, or general stay, except in cases of proven gross negligence on the part of our staff.
Governing Law
These terms, policies, and stayed bookings shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Nainital or the High Court of Uttarakhand.
